Fees charged for Medical Services
All enrolled patients of The Palms Medical Centre understand and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of payment for medical services:
  1. All fees for medical services are payable on the day that the service is provided, including telehealth services such as phone consultations, and prescription requests.
  2. If any fees remain unpaid, patients agree to pay an administration fee of $5.00 per month, until the debt is fully repaid.
  3. Patients agree to pay all costs and any expenses incurred by The Palms in recovering any amounts overdue for payment.

(NHI number is available on your account. If you do not know this, please use first/last name and date of birth).
An administration fee of $5 will be added to any outstanding balances.
Repeat script phone appointments ($32/no CSC or $19.50/with CSC) are for repeat prescriptions only.
If you require additional services to your repeat prescription, such as a blood test request, referral, or discussion about medical concerns – please book a Phone Consultation (see prices for consultation costs).
Consultations are charged at the same rate, whether completed by phone or in person.

Please note: Material / dressings used will incur an additional cost.
